Our standard alumina (Al₂O₃) powder is 99.9% purity. Higher purity grades (99.95% and 99.99%) are available on request for special applications.

We offer a full range from submicron (D50 0.5–1 µm) to coarse (D50 15–30 µm). Particle size distribution (D10/D50/D90) is measured by laser diffraction and reported on the COA.

ZrO₂ (unstabilized zirconia) is monoclinic and used for refractories, ceramic pigments and polishing. YSZ (yttria-stabilized zirconia, typically 3 mol% Y₂O₃) is stabilized in the tetragonal/cubic phase and used for structural ceramics, dental crowns and oxygen sensors.

Yes. Our barium titanate (BaTiO₃) powder is high-purity (≥99%) with perovskite tetragonal structure and D50 around 0.8 µm, suitable for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), PTC thermistors and piezoelectric ceramics.

Our aluminium nitride (AlN) powder has a theoretical thermal conductivity of around 180 W/mK. It is the material of choice for 5G base stations, LED heat sinks and semiconductor packaging.

Yes. We can tailor D50, D10/D90 distribution, particle morphology (spherical or irregular) and surface treatment to your specifications.

Yes. We provide 1 kg samples for most standard grades. Sample shipping costs are typically borne by the customer, or deducted from the first bulk order.

MOQ varies by product: YSZ 10 kg, Al₂O₃ and BaTiO₃ 20–25 kg, ZrO₂ and SiO₂ 50 kg, SiC 50 kg, MgO 100 kg. Lower quantities may be possible for trial orders.

Standard grades ship in 5–14 days. Custom particle sizes or special purity grades require 3–4 weeks for production and quality inspection.

Yes. We offer neutral packing, private label, custom drum sizes and barcode labeling. Packaging can be vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof or anti-static.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every batch. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) are available on request for all 8 products.

Every batch is tested for chemical composition (ICP-OES/GDMS), particle size (laser diffraction), morphology (SEM) and crystal phase (XRD). Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Yes. On request we can provide XRD phase analysis (α/γ alumina, tetragonal/monoclinic zirconia) and SEM morphology images for your batch.

Yes. We provide full compliance documentation for EU and North American markets, including RoHS and REACH declarations where applicable.

Powders are packed in 20–25 kg sealed drums or bags, vacuum-sealed for moisture-sensitive grades (YSZ, AlN). Bulk 1-ton big bags are available for high-volume orders.

We serve 50+ countries across Asia, Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East. We work with customers' nominated freight forwarders.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment. For established customers we can offer more flexible terms including L/C.

Yes. We regularly ship via customers' nominated freight forwarders, and can also arrange door-to-door delivery through our logistics partners. Goods are packed for sea, air or express shipment.
